Noodles Fashion Show??? Can someone please explain this?

 Alright so if I am understanding correctly are they wearing actual cooked noodles? Or are this outfits made to resemble NOODLES 😱?

Looking at this photographs, I am starving. “Hold on let me run to the kitchen real quick.” “Ok am back”  I still don’t know why anyone will choose this idea. He or she must be delusional.🤣 very interesting.
